The Difference

One day a tall old man, with neat costume, tie, formal black shoe, nicely combed hair, going through a construction. He saw three workers digging the land. He asked first person, hey what are you doing ?. The person answered that I am digging the land to construct a pillar. The old guy went to the second person and asked the same question. Then the second person said, 'hey are you making jun of our work.. You are repeating the same question though you can able to see what we are doing. So just leave the place and let us work properly'.
